Meditation is as simple
Or complicated as we need it to be
As distractible, undisciplined beings

Either way it is a process

Of the crutch
That we take
Humbly

In order to uncomplicated
The busy mind
Into its most brilliant
Simple form

Starts simple as a seed
And stays simple into a tree.

Meditation is all and any of these things.
The essence of meditation is beyond explanation
There is no simpler instruction
