I moved to Gainesville as a place to build my base. I am working on building up my cycling miles as to compete in the notorious RAAM race. I don’t expect it to happen to soon but this is the direction I’m headed.
This week I was able to get back on my bike, putting in the most miles I’ve done since arriving back in town. A modest 73 miles this week but I’m only after 100 miles a week, so I am well on my way to meet this training goal.
