Touch is one of the most primal things in the sense of emotion. Today, touch is something rather exclusive, something we share with a private inner group of individuals, in private settings. However the quality of touch, is in itself something very necessary for human development. Many societies share more touch than the current American model.

Not having it, our preconceived notions are contained within it, unchallenged by situation. Generally speaking it’s not safe to challenge such touchy subjects. However within a space, of ritual and friendship, such sharing can be made safe.

The dance of friendship is this space. Within this 90 minutes we speak briefly, set the tone and intention, introduce the concept of dancing without sight. Then facilitated by Human Endeavors, the participants are invited to move with music, and to possibly interact with other human beings.
